here's the scoop => crap car only did 25mph and was shipped in so he could drive the last few miles as a PR stunt

actually, it beat the hell out of the former and not-missed No.1
it was in 2002 when he was moving out of the office as he was transferred.. as he moved, documents came out.. he sent one back to the No.2 for action.. thing is, it was on his table since 1997
the No.2 who got it was so shocked, he requested the No.1's PA to date when it came out from the guy's room
